Privacy and personal data
we will not disclose information about our customers to third parties and do not sell or trade your personally identifiable information without your prior consent, and will only do so under exceptional circumstances such as below:

— The term “outside parties” does not include 41 villa.com. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
— If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation.
Order and Acceptance
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This email is a confirmation of receipt of your order and shall NOT be deemed an acceptance of it. Acceptance of your order occurs when we confirm to you via email that your order has been delivered (the “DeliveryConfirmation”).
Once an order has been placed, no modifications to the order (including cancellations) are permitted.
41villa.com offers products that are subject to stock and availability. We reserve the right not to accept your order at our sole discretion. Your order may not be accepted, for example, in the following circumstances: – payment has not been received, shipping restrictions apply, that an item has been withdrawn or that an item is out of stock.
In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, the customer shall receive an email notification and if payment have been taken, a full refund will be processed within 48 hours.
If the items are not available at the time of the order, the note “out of stock” will be shown.
To make an order, you must register to become a 41villa.com member. This process is quick and easy, and also allows you to receive exclusivepromotion

For every product chosen there is a description shown with a picture and the product main characteristics, for example: color, size and unit price. The pictures and colors of the products offered for sale on 41villa.com may not correspond with the actual items depending upon the Internet browser and/or monitor used. 41villa.com does not save credit card data.
For further security, the customer can use Verified by Visa and MasterCard®SecurCode, a service whose purpose is to minimize the risks linked to unauthorized use of Visa and MasterCard.
To be able to use this service you must register on the Verified by Visa or MasterCard®SecurCode site and create a password to be entered every time that you make an order.
The personal Verified by Visa or MasterCard®SecurCode password is different from the one furnished upon registering on the 41villa.com site
41villa.com does not know the Verified by Visa or MasterCard®SecurCode password.
Pricing and tax
All prices and offers remain valid as quoted on the Site from time to time.
We may change the price for sale on 41villa.com and it’s pricing at any time without advance notice.
Prices shown are in HK Dollars (HKD) inclusive of tax (where chargeable) at the applicable rate. But please be aware that, if you are a customer whose card for payment is not denominated in HKD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day of the transaction subject to the issuing bank’s or PayPal procedures.
Shipping/ Delivery methods
Orders received before 5:00 PM (Hong Kong time) will be processed the next day although shipping times may be greater due to International delivery from Seoul, South Korea. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. However there may be delays in International shipments from Seoul. South Korea. If the product is out of stock or back ordered, 41.vilLa will notify the customer via e-mail with the estimated shipping date. We ship by EMS or DHL Mail which means we provide door-to-door delivery. Items are delivered to the address requested by the Customer (we do not ship to Post Office Boxes). All orders will come with either an EMS or DHL tracking number.
Orders are processed Mon to Fri excluding Sat, Sun and holidays.
Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 5:00 PM (Hong Kong time) will be processed the next business day.
Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.
After the order is placed the delivery times for the items are as follows:
Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan: 2-3 working days (excluding sat, sun or federal holidays)
Rest of the world: 3 – 4 working days (excluding sat, sun or federal holidays)

For purchases under HKD1,000 shipping is at a fixed cost of HKD150

An additional shipping cost will be charged for heavy items which will be indicated as “excluding shipping cost” on the website. The shipping costwill be calculated and shown to the customer as part of the final invoice before the customer authorizes payment.
Shipping status & Tracking your order
You can check your order status by logging into “My Page” and checking the order history for more details at any time. Once the order is shipped,EMS or DHL tracking number will be e-mailed to you. If your order cannot be processed, we will notify you via email.
The Customer can follow the shipping status on the EMS and DHL sites by inserting the shipping number. The web page gives the exact updated movements of the shipment.

To guarantee the safety of the shipment, the courier requests the “receipt” signature of the addressee at the moment of delivery; if this is not possible, the merchandise is not delivered.
If upon delivery, the exterior of the package seems damaged, the Customer must open the package in the presence of the courier.
We suggest checking the merchandise upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of items delivered corresponds with what was ordered and that the packaging is intact not damaged or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier’s packing list.
Delivery problems must be quickly reported to our Customer Service department via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your products.
All packages shipped are insured against theft/loss and damage from the moment in which they are entrusted to the courier for shipment, up until delivery.
If upon delivery the packaging is damaged, we advise refusing the merchandise or indicating on the packing list that a damaged package was accepted.
Once delivered to the specified address and collected, the merchandise is no longer insured.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are acceptable for the following reasons:
* Manufacture Defect
* Delivery Errors
* Unsatisfactory items Exchange: Once per order allowed
We will process an exchange after receiving the return item(s).
Please read carefully and follow our Return & Exchanges instructions below:
— You must notify us via email at [email protected] within 24 HOURS of the DELIVERY DATE of your item.(The delivery date is based upon the tracking number you have received).
— Customer must return the merchandise within 2 business days FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. Product(s) must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION with their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
— We reserve the right to reject products if they are in unacceptable condition.
— Please notify us of the tracking number via email.
— Please note if merchandise is returned without prior contact or without an authorization, returned to the wrong address or is not returned within 2 days of receipt of product, 41villa.com WILL NOT offer a refund or an exchange to the customer.
For unsatisfactory items exchange, we are accepting once per order, if you do not mind to pay the shipping fee of item return. The amount of the item will be deposit to your account as STORE CREDIT ONLY.
The reasons of manufacture defect, we do not replace for the defective item but will refund to your account as STORE CREDIT or refund via PayPal only. Please take a photo of the item and send to our email [email protected] for further arrangement.
The reasons of delivery error, please take a photo of the item and send to our email [email protected] we will responsible for the shipping fee ofreturn and exchange. The shipping cost of item return will be credited to your account as STORE CREDIT or refund via PayPal only.
Items must be returned unused, with all tags attached and with reasoning as to why each item is unsatisfactory.
Items must be returned in saleable condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or show evidence of having been worn, may be refused and returned to the customer.
In the event of an order processed during a ‘Free Shipping’ promotion, we will deduct the shipping fee used to ship your order and then process the refund.
Orders received with a ‘Free Gift’ must be returned with the gift as well if you would like a full refund.
In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, the customer shall receive an email notification and if payment have been taken, a full refund will be processed within 48 hours. We will refund the amount to your account as STORE CREDIT which can be used for your new order. If you want to get a refund for your store credit, please contact us via email at [email protected] we will refund it to your PayPal account.
Please note that the following qualifications deem an item ineligible for returns or exchanges:
* If the hang tag is removed, lost or damaged
* If the customer ONLY used mileage points to purchase the item(s)
* Any light colored clothing (ex. White, Ivory and cream colors)
* Knitwear or silk items
* Shoes, Swimwear, Hosiery, Leggings, and Accessories
* Any clearance or sale items
* If the item is not in original condition: any human defected, used, washed, stained, or worn clothing
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

41villa is a distributor for about 300 suppliers who are responsible for the copyright of their own products and we do not reserve any copyright for each design/trademark.
The Terms & Conditions together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant HKSAR laws and the relevant courts of the HKSAR will have exclusive jurisdiction.
